You know best isn’t always cheapest.
I use adoramaPix. http://www.adoramapix.com I am uploading some pics for 16×20’s right now. I believe the 4×6 prices are 0.19, I can’t check because of the upload. They are considered a pro-lab and do a wonderful wonderful job. I got an advertisement in the mail from Clark Color yesterday saying they would print digital prints for .09 a piece, I haven’t used them. I know that the film developing quality wasn’t as good as other labs, but I still used them on occasion. You may want to send a test batch to them and see what you think. I shoot weddings and everything so I may be a little pickier than you are when it comes to prints. Hope this helps! http://www.mpix.com also does beautiful work, but is the priciest I use, but you may want to bookmark the sight for those special prints.

I always get mike through Kodakgaller.com or Snapfish. Google codes for discounts before you order.
Flickr or Shutterfly cost 19¢ each print. You can order on-line and pick them up at Target, if you want. I think mpix.com is also 19¢. Some have “memberships” where you can pre-pay something like $49.99 and then keep ordering 4×6 prints until you use up the money. The brings the price down to something like 12¢ each print.
Larger than 4×6 seems to cost 99¢ everywhere and if you put 2 on a page, it costs about 1/3 that much at home. The finish on the print is not as “good” and durable as the ones done by commercial services, though.
