The absolute cheapest way is to make friends with someone who has a good printer, bring your camera to his house and print them there. :D
Actually, Walmart prints out good quality photos for a reasonable cost, and so does Kinko’s.

the way me and my dad do it is if you have a printer you can buy photo paper which in england costs about £5.00 to get 1000 sheets and you just print them like normal

The cost of printing your own photos is the most expensive way to produce them (4×6 inch prints cost about $.50 each).
A photo lab charges between $.14 and $.17 each for 4×6 inch prints. AND you don’t need to use your time printing them.

I get my photos printed for AUS $0.10 per print. Really cheap. Good for loads of prints of my baby. It’s done online. Getdigital.com.au
The quality is good, but for really special prints I’d get it done elsewhere.
