i have foto albums for my childhood pics…but now i have most of my pix in the computer

I have a digital camera in which i can upload my photos to the computer, but then it stores the photos which uses up a lot of disk space…..how or is there any program where it saves the photos but doesn’t store/save them to the hard drive? if you know of a program, let me know, and make sure the program fits for any type of camera. if you need info, i have a kodak digital camera.

I just started using ebay. I tried to upload a photo onto the page and the computer freezes does nothing have to reboot it. I have looked on many websites and still cant seem to figure it out. If someone could help that would be greatly appreciated thanks

I want to take the photos I already have saved on my computer and store them somewhere safe, also freeing up some space on my computer itself. Is an 8GB USB Flashdrive the way I would do this, or is there another way? (sorry to sound dumb…just never did this before) Thanks for your help!

I have several computers with lots of storage space and memory.

I have a lot that I need to get onto the computer. Should I scan them all or take pictures of them digitally? Is there an easier way?

My 3 year old desktop is about dead. It says that it has serious errors. I’ve reformatted the hard drive at least twice in the last month, and had it up to working condition for about 2-3 weeks, and the Kernel errors are back. I’ve about had it with the thing. I’m about to go to Graduate School in the fall for Religion, and am wondering what to look for in a computer–laptop, desktop, how much memory I should have, what operating system is best, PC or Mac, etc. It will mainly be used for paper writing, internet, instant messaging, email, personal photo storage, iTunes music, etc. Thanks!

Compaq Presario, used for surfing, photo storage and editing, small amount. Have talked with many HP techs, noone can help. Have run scan in safe mode, full protection scan once a week, spyware has been disinfected, not alot of programs to need to remove any, maybe 10 icons on desktop, nothing in unused storage. This computer is seriously annoying, brand new for Christmas 2006, not installed or running until early February 2007. In need of serious assistance…all serious suggestions welcome.
